Full Clean Service

This package is designed for people who want professionally cleaned carpets but are running to a budget.  However, don’t get the idea that this is just a cheap type of brush-off cleaning. We have only one standard of cleaning – thorough, professional and exhaustive. 

If you want the best clean ever you MUST use a carpet cleaner who performs the following processes – or you’re simply wasting your money.

Our Full Clean Service Includes:

HIGH-FILTRATION VACUUMING. First we vacuum with a high filtration cleaning system specifically designed for super-high performance professional cleaning.

MOVING OF LARGE FURNISHINGS. We will move larger furnishings – such as chairs and tables – but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive. For insurance purposes, we will not move large pieces such as music centres, large TVs, bookcases or sideboards unless previously emptied. 

PRE-SPOTTING OF DIFFICULT STAINS. We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. We will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains which are of particular concern to you – or that we know will be difficult to remove using non-specialist techniques. 

HEAVY-DUTY CARPET PRE-SPRAYING. We apply a heavy-duty chemical pre-spray specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them floating in an aqueous solution ready to be quickly and safely extracted using our state-of-the-art extraction machines.  

SOIL EXTRACTION.  We use either our Twin Vacuum, state of the art,  Hot Water Extraction Unit or the Dry Fusion™ System to extract dirt and soil from your carpets.  These machines can be noisy but are very effective – and expensive.  We use whichever system is the most appropriate depending on the type of soiling that your carpeting has been exposed to. 

RESIDUE RINSE. (where necessary). We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your carpet and helps to retard re-soiling. 

PROTECTIVE FOIL TABS. Your furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and Styrofoam blocks under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour-stain finish from the furniture leaving a (very difficult to remove) stain on the carpet. These stains can be brown from the dye in the wood or rust from metal feet under the furniture legs. 

GROOMING. Where appropriate we will groom your carpet to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming rake over the carpet to lift the pile and to ensure that the fibres are tangle-free and as ‘fluffy’ as possible. 

RAPID DRYING:   We use special turbo air-movers to help reduce the drying time, so that you can use the carpets again as soon as possible.

Premium Clean Service

This package is designed for those people who really value their carpets and want to get the best out of their investment, and make them last as long as possible.

We apply a stain protector to protect against permanent staining and to help keep your carpets cleaner for longer.  The protector we use is PROmiteÔ. As well as having the normal protector benefits (ask for a demonstration or a free booklet on PROmiteÔ), ALLTEC’s PROmiteÔ has been awarded the seal of approval from the British Allergy Foundation and is guaranteed to kill around 95% of house dust mites and prevent them from living in the treated item for approximately 12 – 18 months.

 

Perfect Care Programme

We have developed this programme to be the easiest, most cost-effective and hassle-free way for you to enjoy the cleanest, healthiest and fluffiest carpets all year round, year after year, - at no more investment than your annual cleaning with us.  This package is designed for those of you who want someone to keep your carpets looking their best all year round and who will be on call for specialist accidental stain removal. This package spreads the cost over the course of the year and gives you a FREE highlight clean every year. 

This is what you get:

• One full Premium Service clean with protector treatment (see above), every twelve months with your initial cleaning and protection discounted by a huge 50%.

Plus+

• One Free Highlight Clean every six months after each annual Premium Clean

(NB This highlight clean is for traffic lanes and limited spots only.  No furniture will be moved.  We will not be cleaning whole rooms, just those portions of rooms that are spotted or lightly soiled.  With upholstery, we’ll clean the hand and head areas plus limited spots).
